Overview
The Pulse Blood Pressure Meter (Upper Arm, Model E2) is an automatic digital monitor for checking blood pressure at home. Worn as a cuff on the upper arm, it inflates and measures your systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse at the press of a button, showing the results on a clear digital display. Home monitoring helps people with high blood pressure (hypertension) and heart conditions keep track of their readings between clinic visits. A practical home-health device supporting people managing blood pressure. Consult the manual for accurate use.
Not applicable. This is a medical device (upper-arm blood pressure monitor). No active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Directions for Use
Follow the full manual. In brief: sit quietly for about 5 minutes first, rest your bare arm on a table at heart level, and wrap the cuff snugly on the upper arm about 2cm above the elbow. Stay still and do not talk during the measurement, then press start and let it inflate and read automatically. Take readings at the same times each day and record them to show your doctor.
A monitoring aid, not a diagnosis. For accurate readings, avoid caffeine, smoking or exercise just before, sit correctly and keep still. A single high reading is not the whole picture. Track readings over time and discuss them with your doctor; do not change your medicines based on home readings without advice. Seek urgent care for a very high reading with symptoms like chest pain, severe headache or breathlessness. Use the correct cuff size.
