Accu-Chek Active Test Strips (50 pack) are blood glucose test strips for the Accu-Chek Active meter from Roche, one of the most widely used glucose monitoring systems . Each strip needs only a small drop of blood and returns an accurate reading in seconds, with a large dosing area and visual double-check window for confidence. Regular self-monitoring helps people with diabetes see how food, activity and medicines affect their sugar. The foundation of good diabetes control between clinic visits.

Directions for Use

Wash and dry hands. Insert a strip into your Accu-Chek Active meter. It switches on automatically. Prick the side of a fingertip with a fresh lancet and touch the blood drop to the green dosing area until the meter beeps. Read the result in about 4 seconds. Record your readings as advised. Close the strip vial immediately after removing a strip, and check the expiry date before use.

For in-vitro diagnostic use only. Strips are single-use. Use only with the Accu-Chek Active meter; other meters give invalid results. Keep the vial tightly closed and dry; humidity damages strips. Do not use expired strips. Readings outside your usual range, or that do not match how you feel, should be repeated and discussed with your clinician.
