Clinell 2% Chlorhexidine Skin Wipes (Blue, 200 pack) are antiseptic skin wipes used to clean and disinfect the skin, mainly before medical procedures such as injections, cannula insertion or minor surgery. Each wipe contains chlorhexidine (with alcohol), which kills germs on the skin to help reduce the risk of infection. Directions for Use

For external skin use. Take a single wipe and clean the area of skin to be disinfected, wiping in one direction or outward from the centre, then allow it to air-dry fully before the procedure. Do not blow on it or wipe it off, as the drying time is part of how it works. Use a fresh wipe for each area, and discard after a single use.

For external skin use only. Do not use in the eyes, ears, mouth, or on large open wounds or broken skin, and do not use on patients with a known chlorhexidine allergy (which can be serious). Contains alcohol. Flammable; let the skin dry and keep away from flames and diathermy. Single use only. Stop use if skin irritation occurs. Store in a cool place with the pack sealed.
