Ankaferd Blood Stopper Wet Gauze (5 x 5cm) is a haemostatic (bleeding-stopping) wound dressing pre-soaked with Ankaferd, a blend of standardised plant extracts that helps stop bleeding quickly from minor wounds, cuts and procedures. It works by helping blood to clot rapidly at the bleeding site. The larger 5 x 5cm size suits slightly bigger areas of minor bleeding, making it a convenient first-aid haemostatic for individuals and healthcare workers .

Directions for Use

Open the sterile pack and apply the wet gauze directly onto the bleeding area, pressing gently for a short time until bleeding stops, following the instructions provided. Remove gently once bleeding is controlled. For external use on minor bleeding; use a new gauze each time and do not reuse.

For external single use only. Do not reuse, and do not use if the sterile pack is damaged. For minor bleeding only; seek urgent medical care for deep, heavy or persistent bleeding, spurting blood, or large wounds. Discontinue and seek advice if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, or if the wound shows signs of infection. Dispose of hygienically. Store in a cool, dry place.
