Directions for Use
Slide the support over the foot and up onto the knee so it sits comfortably centred over the kneecap, ensuring it is snug but not so tight that it restricts circulation. Wear during activities that strain the knee, and remove for rest periods. Measure your knee against the size guide to choose the correct fit, and hand wash as directed.
Do not apply too tightly. Watch for numbness, tingling, increased swelling or colour change in the lower leg or foot, and loosen or remove if these occur. Not a substitute for medical assessment of a significant knee injury. Discontinue use if it causes skin irritation or increased pain.
