Directions for Use

Wrap the support around the wrist and adjust the fastening so it feels supportive but not so tight that it restricts circulation. Wear during activities that strain the wrist, and remove for rest periods. Position it to allow comfortable movement of the hand. Hand wash and air dry as directed.
