Directions for Use

Fit as shown by your doctor, nurse or physiotherapist. Rest the forearm fully in the sling pouch with the elbow seated at the closed end and the hand slightly higher than the elbow. Adjust the neck strap so the arm is supported without pulling on the neck. Wear for the period advised, removing only as instructed for exercises or washing. Keep fingers gently moving unless told otherwise.

Use under medical direction after proper assessment of the injury. Report increasing pain, swelling, numbness, tingling or colour change in the fingers promptly. These can signal a tight cast or circulation problems. Do not discard the sling earlier than advised, and follow your clinician's plan for gradually moving the shoulder to prevent stiffness.
