Natoa 100mg Tablets (6 pack) contain mebendazole, an anti-worm (anthelmintic) medicine used to treat common intestinal worm infections such as threadworm (pinworm), roundworm, hookworm and whipworm. Mebendazole works by stopping the worms from absorbing the sugars they need, so they lose energy and die and are passed out of the body. A trusted, affordable deworming option for families. Directions for Use

Take as directed on the label or by your pharmacist or doctor. For threadworm (pinworm), the usual dose for adults and children aged 2 years and over is a single 100mg tablet, with a second dose after 2-3 weeks if needed. For roundworm, hookworm and whipworm, the usual dose is one 100mg tablet twice daily for 3 days. The tablet can be chewed, swallowed or crushed. For threadworm, it is often advised to treat the whole household at the same time and to keep good hygiene.

Do not use in pregnancy, and tell your doctor before use if breastfeeding. Not recommended for children under 2 years except on medical advice. May cause mild tummy upset; high doses (for conditions such as hydatid disease) need close medical supervision. Tell your doctor about other medicines, as some (such as cimetidine) can interact, and avoid combining with metronidazole. For threadworm, wash hands and keep nails short to prevent re-infection.
