Overview
Nebi 5mg Tablets (30 pack) contain nebivolol, a modern beta-blocker used to treat high blood pressure and, in some patients, mild-to-moderate heart failure. Nebivolol slows and steadies the heart and reduces its workload, while also helping the blood vessels relax (through a nitric-oxide effect), which can mean fewer of the tiredness and cold-hands side effects of older beta-blockers. The 5mg strength is the usual dose. Taken once daily, it gives smooth blood-pressure control. A doctor-prescribed option helping people manage hypertension and protect long-term heart health. Confirm the active on the pack.
Active: Nebivolol 5mg (as hydrochloride) per tablet. Confirm on packaging.
Directions for Use
This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily, at the same time each day, with or without food, swallowed with water. Keep taking it even when you feel well, as high blood pressure often has no symptoms. Do not stop suddenly, as stopping a beta-blocker abruptly can worsen heart symptoms; any change must be gradual and medically supervised. Attend regular blood-pressure checks.
Do not stop abruptly. May cause tiredness, dizziness, headache or slow heartbeat, especially at first. Rise slowly and take care driving until you know how it affects you. Tell your doctor about asthma or other breathing problems (beta-blockers can trigger wheeze), diabetes (it can mask low-sugar warning signs), and circulation problems. Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding only on medical advice. Store below 30°C. This product information is for general guidance only and does not replace professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new medication or supplement. Keep all medicines out of reach of children.
