    Ontel 80 Trio Tablets (30 pack) combine three blood-pressure medicines in one tablet: telmisartan 80mg (an angiotensin-receptor blocker), amlodipine (a calcium-channel blocker) and hydrochlorothiazide (a water tablet/diuretic). It is used for high blood pressure that needs more than one or two medicines to control. The three work together. Relaxing and widening blood vessels and removing excess salt and water. To give strong 24-hour blood-pressure control from one daily tablet, helping protect against stroke, heart attack and kidney damage. A doctor-prescribed option helping people reach their blood-pressure targets. Confirm the actives and strengths on the pack.

    Directions for Use
    This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily, at the same time each day (often the morning), with or without food, swallowed with water. Keep taking it even when you feel well. Do not stop suddenly without advice. Attend regular blood-pressure and blood-test checks so the dose can be adjusted.

    Do not use in pregnancy. The ARB component can harm the unborn baby; tell your doctor at once if you become or plan to become pregnant. May cause dizziness (especially on standing). Rise slowly. The diuretic increases urination and can affect body salts. Your doctor will monitor kidney function and salts (potassium, sodium). Tell your doctor about kidney problems and other medicines, and avoid potassium salt substitutes. Store below 30°C.
