During exercise, body fluid (containing electrolytes, salts, and minerals) is lost more quickly. ORS Sport replenishes this fluid and restores hydration levels. With the addition of Magnesium and Vitamin D to help assist in normal muscle function and recovery post-exercise. Reduced hydration levels result in loss of fluids and vital components. During this state, very little sodium is lost causing low sodium levels within the body. Sodium is absorbed better in the presence of glucose and electrolytes. ORS provides the correct mixture of glucose, electrolytes, and salts to help sodium absorption which then encourages water absorption keeping you hydrated efficiently.
