Directions for Use

For external use. Add a scoop or the amount stated on the pack to warm running bath water and stir to dissolve, then soak and relax for 15-20 minutes. Rinse with clean water afterwards if you wish. Use as often as you like for a relaxing bath. Take care, as the bath surface may become slippery, and reseal the pack after use.

For external use in the bath only. Do not swallow, and avoid getting the salts or salty water in the eyes. Do a patch test or short trial if you have sensitive skin, and stop use if irritation develops. Take care of slippery surfaces getting in and out of the bath.
