Directions for Use

For external use on the body. In the shower, apply to damp skin and massage in gentle circular motions over the body, focusing on rough areas like elbows, knees and feet, then rinse off thoroughly with clean water. Use it once or twice a week rather than daily, to avoid over-exfoliating. Avoid broken or irritated skin. Take care. The scrub can make the shower floor slippery.
