Directions for Use

Remove the pad from its wrapper, peel off the backing strip, and press the adhesive side onto the inside of your underwear, folding the wings around the sides. Change the pad regularly. At least every few hours and whenever it feels full. To keep clean and reduce infection risk while you heal. Wash your hands before and after changing, then wrap and bin the used pad. Do not flush.

For external use after childbirth. Change frequently for hygiene during healing, and stop use if skin irritation develops.
