Directions for Use
FOLDING; Ensure your hands are clean. Fold the cup; either C fold or Punch down fold. INSERTING; Insert the cup higher or lower in the vagina to find your own unique comfort. REMOVING Ensure your hands are clean. Squat into a comfortable position. Pinch the base of the cup and gently pull it out. Empty and rinse/wipe it before reinserting it.
CLEANING You can use clean water/wipes to rinse and clean the cup between your menses. At the end of your cycle, dip the cup into hot water for a few minutes to sterilize it. SIZE CHART SMALL: Beginners OR Light – Regular Flow Has not given birth LARGE: Has given birth vaginally OR Heavy flow
