Directions for Use
Wash your hands and the cup before use. Fold the cup and insert it into the vagina so it sits low and unfolds to form a seal; it can be worn for up to the time stated in the instructions (commonly up to 8-12 hours) before removal. To remove, wash hands, gently pinch the base to release the seal, take it out, empty, rinse and reinsert. Sterilise by boiling between periods as directed.
For intimate personal use. Always wash hands before insertion and removal, and clean and sterilise the cup as directed to reduce infection risk. Do not exceed the recommended wear time. Remove before sex. If you have an IUD, ask your doctor before use. Stop use and seek urgent medical care for signs of toxic shock syndrome (sudden high fever, vomiting, rash, dizziness).
