Directions for Use

Remove the pad from its wrapper, peel off the adhesive backing and press it firmly, centred, onto the inside of your underwear (attach any wings around the sides). Change every few hours, or sooner with heavier flow, to maintain hygiene and comfort. Wrap the used pad and dispose of it hygienically in a bin. Do not flush.
