Directions for Use
Peel off the backing strip and stick the pad firmly to the inside of your underwear. Change the pad regularly. About every 4-6 hours, or more often on heavier days; for overnight use, change before bed and in the morning. Wrap used pads and dispose of hygienically; do not flush.
