Especially with the first dose, on standing, or if combined with other blood-pressure medicines or alcohol, so rise slowly and take care driving until you know how it affects you. Tell your doctor about heart problems, fainting spells, or if you are having cataract surgery (it can affect the eye during surgery). Report ongoing dizziness or, in men, a prolonged painful erection (seek urgent care). Store below 30°C.
