Prenor 75/10mg Tablets (30 pack) are a combination medicine for nerve pain (neuropathic pain), pairing pregabalin 75mg with nortriptyline 10mg. Pregabalin calms over-active, damaged nerves, while nortriptyline (a low-dose tricyclic) helps dampen pain signals and can improve sleep. Together they relieve the burning, shooting or tingling pain of nerve damage from causes such as diabetes, shingles or spinal problems, and can improve sleep, mood and daily functioning. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. The dose is usually started low and increased gradually, often taken at night (as it can cause drowsiness), swallowed whole with water, with or without food. Take it regularly; it may take a couple of weeks to feel the full benefit. Do not stop suddenly. Both medicines should be reduced gradually under medical guidance to avoid withdrawal effects.
