    Directions for Use
    This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one 20mg capsule once daily in the morning, with or without food. Benefits build gradually: allow 2-4 weeks (sometimes longer) for full effect, and do not stop suddenly. Your doctor will guide any dose changes. Keep follow-up appointments, especially in the first weeks of treatment.

    May initially increase anxiety, restlessness or sleep disturbance; report worsening mood or thoughts of self-harm immediately, especially in young adults. Do not combine with MAOI antidepressants (2-week gap required), and use caution with tramadol, triptans, warfarin and NSAIDs. Serotonin syndrome and bleeding risks.
