Tadifa 20mg Tablets (4 pack) contain tadalafil 20mg, a long-acting treatment for erectile dysfunction (ED). Tadalafil improves blood flow to the penis to help achieve and maintain an erection with sexual stimulation, and is well known for its long duration of action. Up to 36 hours. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet as prescribed, typically at least 30-60 minutes before anticipated sexual activity. Its long action gives a wide window. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. It works only with sexual stimulation. DO NOT use with nitrate heart medicines (for chest pain) or certain blood pressure medicines called guanylate cyclase stimulators. The combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
