Directions for Use

Using light feathery strokes, fill sparse areas and define the brow shape following natural hair growth. Build gradually for a natural finish, then blend and groom with the spoolie. Frame and lift the arch as desired. Remove with makeup remover.

For external use around the eye area only. Discontinue immediately if eye irritation, redness or watering develops. Do not use with active eye infections.
