S-Numlo 5mg Tablets (30 pack) contain S-amlodipine (the active S-form of amlodipine), a calcium-channel blocker for high blood pressure and angina. Like amlodipine it relaxes and widens the blood vessels so the heart pumps more easily and pressure falls, but the purified S-form aims to give the same benefit at a lower dose with less ankle swelling for some people. Long-acting, it gives smooth 24-hour control from one daily tablet. A modern, doctor-prescribed option for people managing hypertension or angina, particularly those troubled by leg swelling on standard amlodipine.

Active: S-Amlodipine 5mg (as S-amlodipine besilate) per tablet, equivalent to amlodipine 10mg.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily at the same time each day, with or without food, swallowed with water. Keep taking it even when you feel well, as high blood pressure often causes no symptoms. Do not stop suddenly without advice, and attend regular blood-pressure checks so the dose can be adjusted if needed.

May cause ankle swelling, flushing, headache or dizziness, especially at first. These often settle, and the S-form tends to cause less swelling than standard amlodipine.
