Sinemet 110 Tablets (100 pack) combine levodopa 100mg with carbidopa 10mg. The '110' reflecting the combined dose. In MSD's well-established Parkinson's disease treatment. Levodopa is converted in the brain into dopamine, the messenger chemical lacking in Parkinson's, restoring smoother movement and easing tremor, stiffness and slowness. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. The dose is carefully tailored and adjusted over time, usually spread across the day at regular intervals. Swallow with water; a light, low-protein snack can ease nausea, though high-protein meals may reduce the effect. Keep to your dosing times, as the benefit can wear off between doses.
