Feroglobin B12 Liquid 200ml from Vitabiotics is a great-tasting honey and orange flavoured iron tonic providing gentle organic iron with vitamin B12, folate, vitamin B6, zinc and copper. Plus honey and malt extract. The liquid formula supports normal energy release, reduction of tiredness, immune health and red blood cell formation, and is easy to take for the whole family, including children (from 3 years), pregnant and breastfeeding mothers (on advice), and older adults who struggle with tablets. A pleasant daily tonic for families keeping energy and iron levels healthy.

Directions for Use

Shake well before use. Adults: take one to two 5ml teaspoons daily; children aged 3 and over: as directed on the packaging. Use the dosing guidance on the label. Best taken with or after a meal, away from tea or coffee, which reduce iron absorption. Take consistently each day and do not exceed the stated dose.

Keep strictly out of reach of children. Iron overdose is dangerous for young children. May darken stools harmlessly. Do not combine with other iron supplements without advice. People with iron-overload conditions (haemochromatosis) should not take iron except under medical direction. If tiredness persists, see a doctor for proper assessment. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should confirm dosing with their clinic. Contains honey. Not suitable for infants under 12 months. Store below 25°C; use within the period stated after opening.
