Directions for Use
Take one to two tablets daily with food, or as directed on the label. The bisglycinate form is gentle enough to take in the evening to support relaxation and restful sleep.
Generally well tolerated; very high doses may loosen stools. People with kidney impairment or heart block should consult a doctor before use. Magnesium is cleared by the kidneys. Magnesium can reduce absorption of certain antibiotics and other medicines. Separate doses by a couple of hours. A supplement does not replace a balanced diet.
