Directions for Use
Take one tablet and one capsule daily with your main meal, swallowed whole with water or a cold drink. Take consistently each day for best results. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Suitable for adult women; not intended for children.
Contains fish oil and soya. Avoid if allergic. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, use a pregnancy-specific supplement such as Pregnacare instead, or seek advice first.
