Pregnacare Breastfeeding from Vitabiotics is a specially formulated postnatal supplement for mums who are breastfeeding. The dual pack provides a multivitamin and mineral tablet. With vitamin D, iron, folic acid, zinc and more. Plus a separate capsule with high-purity omega-3 DHA and calcium. Vitamin D and calcium support mum's bones, while DHA intake by the mother supports normal brain and eye development of breastfed infants. Directions for Use
Take two tablets and one capsule daily with your main meal, swallowed with water or a cold drink. Take consistently each day while breastfeeding. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Can be started straight after birth and continued for as long as you breastfeed.
A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Contains fish oil. Avoid if allergic to fish. Do not take with other supplements containing the same nutrients (especially vitamin A or iron) without professional advice. Iron-containing products are harmful to young children in overdose.
