Directions for Use
Take only as directed on the label. Commonly one capsule daily, swallowed with water, often with or just before food. During or after a course of antibiotics, take it a couple of hours apart from the antibiotic dose. Use consistently for the period advised, as the benefits to gut balance build over time.
