Telmi 40-H Tablets (30 pack) combine telmisartan 40mg, an angiotensin-receptor blocker, with the diuretic hydrochlorothiazide for high blood pressure that needs combination control. Telmisartan relaxes and widens the blood vessels by blocking a hormone that tightens them, while hydrochlorothiazide clears excess salt and fluid. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily, with or without food, swallowed whole with water.
