Do not use in pregnancy. Tell your doctor at once if you become or plan to become pregnant. A persistent dry cough can occur with the ACE inhibitor; seek urgent care for any swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat (rare angioedema). May cause dizziness or ankle swelling, especially at first or on standing. Rise slowly. Can affect potassium, sodium and kidney function; avoid potassium-based salt substitutes and tell your doctor about kidney problems or dehydration. Avoid grapefruit. Store below 30°C.
