A persistent dry cough is a known effect; tell your doctor if it troubles you. Seek urgent care for any swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat (rare angioedema). May cause dizziness, especially at first or on standing. Rise slowly. Can raise potassium and affect the kidneys; avoid salt substitutes high in potassium. Store below 30°C.
