Unitel-H 80mg Tablets (30 pack) combine telmisartan 80mg, an angiotensin-receptor blocker, with the diuretic hydrochlorothiazide for high blood pressure that needs combination control. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily, ideally in the morning (the diuretic can increase urination), with or without food, swallowed with water at the same time each day. Do not use in pregnancy. Tell your doctor at once if you become or plan to become pregnant. May cause dizziness, especially at first or on standing. Rise slowly. The diuretic can affect potassium, sodium, blood sugar and uric acid (caution with gout and diabetes), while telmisartan can raise potassium; tell your doctor about kidney problems and dehydration.
