Directions for Use
Pour a small amount of the mouth rinse (approximately 20ml) into a cup. Swish the liquid around your mouth thoroughly for about 30 seconds to 1 minute. Do not swallow the mouth rinse. Spit it out after rinsing. Use the mouth rinse twice a day, preferably after brushing your teeth in the morning and before going to bed at night, for optimal oral hygiene.
