Shipping Policy

For all orders placed between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, your purchase will be delivered as follows:

Orders placed past 6 pm for the Greater Nairobi Metropolitan Area will be delivered the next day by midday. Upcountry deliveries are made via Fargo Courier.

You will receive an order confirmation SMS with your order number. If you do not receive it, your order has not been confirmed. You will also receive a notification when your order has been dispatched, and our delivery rider will contact you to confirm delivery.

After reviewing your order with our delivery agent, you may pay via M-PESA — simply enter your PIN to complete the transaction. Please ensure your M-PESA is loaded before the rider arrives. The delivery agent has a 5-minute window before proceeding with other orders. Sealed items cannot be unsealed before payment.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive an Order Confirmation SMS or email once your order has been accepted by our system. This order number can be used for any queries regarding your delivery status. You can also track your order under the "Your Orders" section on the website.

Please confirm all orders are complete and in good condition upon receipt. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please inform the delivery agent before they leave.
