Directions for Use

Line along the upper and lower lash lines, building intensity as desired, or smudge for a smoky effect. Allow the waterproof formula a few seconds to set before blinking fully. Remove with a waterproof or bi-phase eye makeup remover.

For external use around the eye area only. Discontinue immediately if eye irritation, redness or watering develops. Do not use with active eye infections.
