COSRX Acne Pimple Master Patches are the original cult hydrocolloid spot patches. Thin, translucent stickers that flatten blemishes overnight. The hydrocolloid absorbs fluid from surfaced spots, protects them from picking and bacteria, and speeds visible healing, all while staying discreet enough for day wear. Three sizes per sheet match any blemish.

Directions for Use

Cleanse and fully dry the area (no skincare underneath the patch). Choose a patch slightly larger than the blemish, apply over it, and leave for 8+ hours or overnight. Remove gently when the patch turns white and opaque. That's absorbed fluid, and replace with a fresh patch if needed.

For external use on intact or surfaced blemishes only. Most effective on spots with a visible head; not intended for deep cystic acne. Do not reuse patches. Discontinue if irritation develops from the adhesive. Avoid using actives (acids, retinoids) directly under the patch. Widespread or painful cystic acne warrants dermatologist care.
