Directions for Use

Massage gently into the belly, hips, thighs, bust and any stretching areas once or twice daily, ideally from early pregnancy onward and continuing after birth. Apply to slightly damp skin after bathing for best absorption. Consistent daily use supports the best results.

For external use only. Avoid the nipple area if breastfeeding (use the dedicated nipple balm there). Patch test before first use. Skin can become more reactive in pregnancy.
