Flatameal DS Tablets (200 pack) contain activated dimethicone (simethicone), an anti-foaming agent that relieves trapped wind, bloating and the discomfort of excess gas in the stomach and intestines. Simethicone works physically rather than chemically. It brings together the small gas bubbles trapped in the gut so they can be passed more easily, relieving the painful pressure, fullness and bloating that gas causes. It is useful for flatulence, wind pain and bloating, including after meals or before certain abdominal scans. The 'DS' is the higher (double) strength. A handy, gentle option helping people settle uncomfortable wind and bloating.

Directions for Use

Take as directed on the label or by your doctor or pharmacist. Commonly one tablet after meals and at bedtime, chewed well or swallowed with water, as the symptoms require. Simethicone is generally very well tolerated.
