Folavie Tablets (10 pack) are a folic acid supplement supporting the formation of healthy red blood cells and, importantly, the healthy development of a baby's neural tube in early pregnancy. Folic acid is recommended for women planning pregnancy and in the first trimester, and is also used to support folate levels generally.

Directions for Use

Take one tablet daily with water, or as directed. For pregnancy planning, begin ideally before conception and continue through the first trimester as advised. Confirm the folic acid strength and your specific dose with your doctor or midwife.

If you are pregnant or planning pregnancy, take the folic acid dose advised by your healthcare provider. Most women take a standard dose, but a higher dose is advised for some. Folate can mask vitamin B12 deficiency. Anaemia should be properly diagnosed by a doctor. Consult your doctor before use if you take anti-epileptic or other regular medicines. A supplement supports but does not replace medical and antenatal care. Confirm the strength on the pack.
