Overview

Fybogel Orange Sachets (60 pack) are the gentle, natural answer to constipation. Ispaghula husk fibre that works with your body, absorbing water to form soft, bulky, easy-to-pass stools. Non-stimulant and suitable for long-term regularity, including for IBS sufferers and pregnancy constipation (with advice), in a pleasant orange-flavoured drink.

Directions for Use

Mix one sachet in a full glass (at least 150ml) of cold water, stir briskly and drink immediately before it thickens. Typically twice daily after meals, morning and evening. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day; fibre needs water to work. Effects typically begin within 12-36 hours.

Always take with plenty of water and never immediately before bed. Insufficient fluid can cause blockage. Not for use with swallowing difficulties, intestinal obstruction or sudden unexplained change in bowel habit lasting over 2 weeks. Seek medical advice. Separate from other medicines by at least an hour. Diabetics: check the label for sweetener content. Phenylketonuria: contains aspartame. Check pack.
