Overview
Clarinase Repetabs (14 tablets) combine loratadine 5mg with pseudoephedrine 120mg in a clever two-layer tablet that relieves both the allergy and the blockage. Loratadine, a non-drowsy antihistamine, stops sneezing, itching and runny nose, while sustained-release pseudoephedrine shrinks swollen nasal passages for hours of clear breathing. Designed for allergic rhinitis with significant nasal and sinus congestion. The stuffy, pressured feeling antihistamines alone can't fix. Clarinase is a go-to for hay fever and dusty-season congestion .
Loratadine 5mg (immediate release) with pseudoephedrine sulphate 120mg (sustained release) per Repetab tablet.
Directions for Use
Adults and children over 12: take one tablet twice daily with a glass of water, swallowed whole. Do not crush or chew the sustained-release tablet. Take the last dose several hours before bedtime if you find pseudoephedrine keeps you alert. Do not exceed two tablets in 24 hours, and do not use continuously for more than the period advised by your pharmacist.
