Clarityne 10mg (loratadine) is a non-drowsy antihistamine used to relieve the symptoms of allergies such as hay fever (allergic rhinitis) and hives (urticaria). It eases sneezing, a runny or itchy nose, itchy or watery eyes, and itchy skin rashes by blocking the action of histamine, the chemical responsible for allergic reactions. Taken once daily, Clarityne provides 24-hour relief and is suitable for adults and children needing effective, generally non-sedating allergy control.

Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12 (or as advised): take one 10mg tablet once daily, with or without food, swallowed with water. For younger children, follow the dosing on the pack or your pharmacist's advice. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours.

Although usually non-drowsy, a few people may feel sleepy. See how it affects you before driving. Tell your doctor if you have severe liver disease, as the dose may need adjusting.
