Glemont L Tablets (10mg/5mg, 7 pack) combine montelukast and levocetirizine. A leukotriene receptor antagonist and a new-generation antihistamine. For comprehensive relief of allergic rhinitis and allergy-related asthma symptoms. Montelukast blocks leukotrienes, the chemicals that narrow airways and inflame nasal passages, while levocetirizine rapidly relieves sneezing, runny nose, itchy watery eyes and skin itching. Taken once daily at night, Glemont L is a convenient option for people troubled by persistent allergies, dust sensitivity, seasonal rhinitis or allergic asthma symptoms, under a doctor's guidance.

Each tablet: montelukast (as montelukast sodium) 10mg, levocetirizine dihydrochloride 5mg.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. The usual adult dose is one tablet once daily in the evening, with or without food. Swallow whole with water. Take it regularly for ongoing allergy control. It works best with consistent daily use. Do not take more than one tablet in 24 hours.

May cause drowsiness in some people despite levocetirizine being a low-sedation antihistamine. Avoid driving until you know how it affects you, and avoid alcohol. Tell your doctor about kidney problems, as dose adjustment may be needed. Montelukast has rarely been associated with mood or behaviour changes (agitation, sleep disturbance, depression). Report these to your doctor promptly. Not a rescue treatment for acute asthma attacks. Consult your doctor before use in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Store below 30°C.
