Rupatine Syrup (60ml) contains rupatadine, a non-drowsy (second-generation) antihistamine, in a liquid form suitable for children and those who prefer a syrup. It is used to relieve allergy symptoms. Directions for Use
Take by mouth using the measure provided, following the dose and age guidance on the label. Commonly once daily, with or without food, at about the same time each day. Use it regularly during the allergy season or while symptoms last for the best control. Avoid taking it with grapefruit juice. Replace the cap after use.
Although usually non-drowsy, it can make some people sleepy. Take care, and follow the age guidance (not for very young children unless the label allows). Tell your doctor about heart-rhythm problems, or liver or kidney disease, and about other medicines. Avoid grapefruit juice, which can raise its levels. Check the label for sugar content if diabetic.
