Overview

Rupa 10mg Tablets contain rupatadine 10mg, a modern second-generation antihistamine with dual action. Blocking both histamine and PAF (platelet-activating factor), two drivers of allergic inflammation. It relieves the sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes and skin wheals of allergic rhinitis and chronic urticaria with convenient once-daily, low-drowsiness dosing.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily, with or without food, at the same time each day. Avoid taking with grapefruit juice, which raises rupatadine levels. Use regularly during your allergy season for consistent control.

Generally non-sedating, but assess your individual response before driving. Tell your doctor about heart rhythm problems (QT prolongation) or low potassium, and about other medicines. Avoid combining with ketoconazole or erythromycin. Not recommended under the age stated on the pack, or during pregnancy and breastfeeding without medical advice.
