Dynacort 6mg Tablets (30 pack) contain deflazacort, a corticosteroid prescribed to calm inflammation and immune overactivity in conditions such as asthma flare-ups, rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory skin and bowel diseases, nephrotic syndrome and certain allergic states. Derived from prednisolone, deflazacort offers comparable anti-inflammatory power with a reputation for somewhat less effect on weight, blood sugar and bone at equivalent doses. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. The dose is individualised to your condition and weight, usually taken once daily in the morning with food. Long-term steroid use can raise blood sugar and blood pressure, thin bones and skin, increase infection risk and cause weight gain. Attend regular monitoring.
