Harteze 15mg Tablets (28 pack) contain rivaroxaban, a modern oral anticoagulant (blood thinner) from the direct factor Xa inhibitor family. It helps prevent and treat harmful blood clots and is used for conditions such as deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE), and to reduce the risk of stroke in people with an irregular heartbeat (non-valvular atrial fibrillation). Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. The dose depends on the condition (the 15mg tablet is often taken once or twice daily and is usually taken WITH food for proper absorption). Swallow with water at the same time(s) each day. Keep taking it exactly as prescribed and do not stop without advice, as stopping early raises the risk of a clot or stroke. Tell any doctor or dentist that you take rivaroxaban before procedures.

As a blood thinner, it increases the risk of bleeding. Seek urgent care for severe, unusual or unstoppable bleeding, black or bloody stools, vomiting blood, or a serious fall or head injury. Tell your doctor about kidney or liver problems, and about all other medicines, especially other blood thinners, NSAID painkillers, and certain antifungal or HIV medicines, which interact.
