Noclot 75mg (clopidogrel) is a prescription antiplatelet medicine ('blood thinner') that helps prevent harmful blood clots. It stops platelets from sticking together, reducing the risk of heart attack and stroke in people with heart disease, those who have had a recent heart attack or stroke, or who have had stents placed. Taken once daily, Noclot helps protect adults at high risk of clots in the arteries, often alongside low-dose aspirin when prescribed.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Noclot 75mg is usually taken once daily, at the same time each day, with or without food, swallowed with water. Keep taking it regularly. Do not stop without medical advice, as stopping increases the risk of clots, heart attack or stroke. If you miss a dose, follow your doctor's or pharmacist's guidance.

This is a prescription medicine. The main risk is bleeding. Seek urgent care for severe or unusual bleeding, black or bloody stools, or blood in urine or vomit. Tell every doctor, dentist and pharmacist that you take clopidogrel, especially before surgery or dental work, and discuss timing of stopping. Tell your doctor about stomach ulcers, liver problems, and other medicines (including aspirin, anti-inflammatories and some acid-reducing medicines). Avoid in pregnancy/breastfeeding unless advised.
