Roxiclot 10mg Tablets (30 pack) contain rivaroxaban, a modern oral anticoagulant (blood thinner) from the direct factor Xa inhibitor family. The 10mg strength is commonly used to prevent blood clots (deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism), for example after hip or knee surgery, and for ongoing clot prevention as directed. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. The 10mg dose is usually taken once daily, with or without food, swallowed with water at the same time each day. Keep taking it exactly as prescribed for the period advised, and do not stop without medical advice, as stopping early raises the risk of a clot. Tell any doctor or dentist that you take rivaroxaban before procedures.

As a blood thinner, it increases the risk of bleeding. Seek urgent care for severe, unusual or unstoppable bleeding, black or bloody stools, vomiting blood, or a serious fall or head injury. Tell your doctor about kidney or liver problems, and about all other medicines, especially other blood thinners, NSAID painkillers, and certain antifungal or HIV medicines.
